What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address, together with what you ordered. If you send us a payment screenshot, we keep that too. If you sign in to the shop, we keep your email address and name.

Why we collect it

Only to take, confirm, pack and deliver your order: to call you, to send you an order confirmation, to hand your parcel to the transporter, and to answer you if you get in touch. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your order.

Who sees it

Your name, phone number and address go to the licensed transport company that delivers your order. Our website runs on services that store or send information on our behalf: hosting, our order database, image storage, the service that sends our emails, and a text message service when phone verification is switched on. They hold it only to run the shop for us.

Visits to the website

We count visits with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell one visit from another. Your cart and your light or dark choice are saved in your own browser, not sent to us. Staff who sign in to the shop are given a sign-in cookie.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and to answer questions about past orders.

Removing your details

You can ask us to remove your personal details from our records at any time. To do that, call or WhatsApp +91 93440 06314, or email orders@echocrackers.com. We will remove your name, phone number, address and email from your past orders, keeping only what we need for our accounts.

Changes

If what we collect changes, we will update this page.
