Ordering

Placing an order on this website is a request to buy, not a completed sale. We confirm every order by phone before despatching it. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and adjust or cancel the order.

Prices

Prices include GST and are subject to change without notice. The price that applies is the one confirmed when we call you. MRP shown alongside our price is the manufacturer's stated maximum retail price.

Payment

We do not accept card payments online. Depending on where you are, you may pay cash on delivery, by UPI, or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available only in the areas listed at checkout. For orders outside those areas we ask for payment before despatch.

Delivery

Fireworks are hazardous goods and travel only with licensed transporters. Delivery is often to a transport office rather than to your door, and freight is charged at actuals unless we have agreed otherwise. We will share the transporter and LR number once your order is despatched.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. During the weeks before Diwali, transport is heavily loaded and delays are common.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel an order online while it is still pending. Once it has been confirmed and packed, please call us.

For safety and legal reasons, fireworks cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. If an item arrives damaged, tell us within 24 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund it.

Age and lawful use

By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over. Fireworks must be used in line with the rules in force where you are, including any restrictions on timing, place and type. You are responsible for using them safely and lawfully.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that are sound and correctly described. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, by ignoring the instructions on the box, or by use contrary to local rules.
